Dental Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and develop digital X-rays
- Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements: Dental assisting certification or equivalent experience preferred. X-ray certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues
- Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies
- Utilize cone beam CT imaging and rotary endodontic systems
- Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and referring dentists
- Maintain detailed clinical records and follow-up protocols
Requirements: DDS or DMD degree plus completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program. Active Maryland dental license and endodontic specialty license (or eligibility). Board certification preferred. Strong technical skills and excellent patient communication.
